Today went to Dr. then physical therapy for post op due to my surgery on my shoulder. BCBS will no longer pay for a few things that PT offers so I of course will say No thank you to the GAME ready machine.
Spent the day shopping with the father in law, while shopping I had this pain in my left leg and then all the way up on my left side. Went to the doctor and he sent me in to get checked for a blood clot. Nothing was found, thank goodness.
My Aunt on the other hand had a bad car wreck and is doing fair. Mom will be going to visit her Sunday rest of her syblings are there and all of my aunts children are there.
I seem to be having more and more pains each month. I am either getting old or I need to make a lifestyle change. Purchased a Yoga DVD today which will help me stretch my muscles and strenghthen my core.
My thought for the day. I truly could care less for the people in Haiti, no one stepped up and helped us during Hurricane Katrina so why should we assist them. For decades religious groups have been helping the Haitian people and they will continue after this current devastation.
I am just upset with Hollywood and the celebrities. We have children here in the United States who go with out food daily, people who live in the streets and our backs are turned.
